In light of the Armed Forces' vision to support the educational system in military colleges and institutes, and to encourage scientific research efforts; And within the framework of the AFCM’s keenness to keep up with continuous medical advancements and to apply international standards in quality management systems in alignment with Egypt's Vision 2030. The Armed Forces College of medicine has got ISO certificates by the Quality Certification Agency Of Armed Forces (QCAAF); A certified credited agency for issuing ISO certificated in the Egyptian Armed Forces. These certifications include:

1.      ISO 21001:2018 for Educational Organization Management System.

2.      ISO 22000:2018 for Food Safety Management System.

Additionally, the following certificates have been re-certificated 

1.      ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems.

2.      ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems

3.      ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
