The medical research team in AFCM participated in the international competition for Genetic Engineering (IGEM) in Paris from Nov. 2nd to Nov. 8th , 2023, where they achieved the first level ( Golden Medal) , surpassing many teams from various universities . The team was also nominated to be among the best 5 teams , from 400 teams worldwide.
